2016 Little League/Minor/Tee Ball Registration
Register Boys and Girls for the following divisions:
T-Ball League: 4 years old – 6 years old
Minor League: 7 years old – 8 years old
Little League: 9 years old – 12 years old
Registration Date and Times:
Saturday, February 6th – 11:00am – 1:00pm
Saturday, February 20th – 11:00am – 1:00pm
Thursday, February 27th – 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday, March 5th – 9:00am – 12:00pm
Registration Place:
Parkway Recreation Center
Front Main Lobby
Oneida Street Entrance
Registration Fees:
$75.00 for the 1st player in a family, $40.00 for each additional
player. Covers the cost of hat, uniform, trophy, and ticket for
“End of the Year Banquet” season ending event (cash or check only)
Items That Must Be Brought To Registration:
1. A copy of your your child’s birth certificate if he or she has never
played in the league before.
2. 3 Proofs of Residency – valid Drivers License, 2 bills (Example:
National Grid, Time Warner)
3. Family Physician Information; Doctors name, phone, and
Insurance information
