    The New York State Sportswriters Association has announced the 2018 All-State Football Teams for Class B through 8 Man Football and several local players have been selected. Classes AA and A are set to be announced next week.     Whitesboro – Tom Schoen, the winningest coach in Section III high school football history, has officially retired as Head Coach of Whitesboro Varsity Football, after 45 seasons.     Coach Schoen ranks 8th all time in New York State with a record of 283-131-4 and the Warriors have amassed 11 Section 3 Championships and 16 division titles under his direction.     UTICA, NY — It was a much-needed game for both the Utica Academy of Science Atoms and the Holland Patent Golden Knights.
